Basically, I am going to be running the Half in the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon on May 1st to benefit the Red Cross in their efforts to help those injured and displaced by the recent earthquake and tsunami. Any assistance will surely be appreciated.

Give now to benefit the American Red Cross in providing immediate and much needed help to those affected by the earthquake in Japan and all those affected by the tsunami in the Pacific.
The American Red Cross shelters, feeds and provides emotional support to victims of disasters; supplies nearly half of the nation's blood; teaches lifesaving skills; provides international humanitarian aid; and supports military members and their families. The Red Cross is a charitable organization — not a government agency — and depends on volunteers and the generosity of the American public to perform its mission.
