My name is Diana Christmas. I have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist for 6 years in the Knoxville area focusing in myofascial/sports massage & structural bodywork. My client’s range in age with all different physical abilities - athletes, weekend warriors, and active people who deal with acute, nagging injuries & who need a recharge. As my practice has grown, I have been on a journey learning to serve people of all types of backgrounds (not just athletes).
I recently completed my Structural Integration Certification with a program called Anatomy Trains based in Walpole, Maine. This intensive/immersion-based training has encompassed me being a lifelong learner, being an anatomy nerd, and will be something I build on for years to come.
I am excited & honored to work with the cyclists of Pedal for Alzheimer’s. This hits especially close to home because my grandmother suffered from Alzheimer’s in the last years of her life. I am eager to work with such a great organization that brings both awareness and funding to people struggling with the disease. I will be joining the Pedal for Alzheimer’s team as a sports recovery therapist to work on the cyclists as they ride approximately 100 miles/day! Proud to help them ride for YOU!
