Fairfield Center Stage, a new non-profit community theater, is back for a second season of musicals and plays performed all around our wonderful town of Fairfield, CT and we are asking our community to help crowdfund our 2nd season kickoff!
We often perform our shows in non-traditional theater spaces (historical mansion, local bar/lounge, beachfront pavilion, etc) where we are limited in the amount of seats we can sell and the number of performances we are able to offer.
This translates to: we truly rely on your outside donations to support our immersive, exclusive productions -- if 300 people can donate $25, we will reach our goal!
Our shows in the 2019/20 season include: Cabaret, Matilda, The Rocky Horror Picture Show Experience, our annual Benefit Concert & Gala, A Christmas Carol Experience, Stevie Wonder's Songs in the Key of Life concert, Wit, and Mamma Mia!
Financially speaking, our ticket sales can only sustain half of our expenses due to small venues and short performance runs. The other half we will rely on the generosity and support of people like you. If you are excited about the work we've been doing in Fairfield, and/or the notion of Fairfield continuing to have a homegrown theater company that utilizes local talent for its productions, please consider a modest donation to our 2nd Season Kickoff campaign, which is active now.
Fine print: donations will be processed to BRIDGEPORT THEATRE COMPANY (our legal IRS name as we are shifting IRS information to Fairifield. We have DBA as FAIRFIELD CENTER STAGE and can accept donations under either name. EIN is 27-2533084
