The Llano Fine Art Guild and Gallery organization has been in Llano, Texas for over 50 years. Our mothers and grandmothers never envisioned that we'd still be around!
As a non-profit, we have an open door policy to offer art programs, workshops, classes and art shows to the public and a place where artists can come together in fellowship to support each other, learn from each other and volunteer their time for the community.
We have recently become the Llano County Art Association and have two attached buildings in need of major renovation to become a work of art all on their own. Over 100 years old, we want to restore charm, grace and make it a beautiful place for creating, sharing and learning about art.
We will begin the renovation with the North building by removing stained, dropped ceilings to restore high ceilings, uncover old clerestory windows and uncover stone walls. We will add insulation and replace vital systems like HVAC and electrical. The pretty stuff will be added with new lighting, a front door and will eventually house art again!
