IMPACT: Support up over 200 Kids Play Families, over 1600 KPI Youth and their Families
As we all know, our global community is facing unprecedented challenges with the outbreak of COVID-19. As challenging as these times are for those of us in North America, we encourage you to also think about how this global pandemic is impacting less resourced countries.
In the rural villages of Rwanda and Cambodia, where Kids Play International works, many families exist on less than $9 a week or make a living through local tourism; which is now closed. Due to their local government stay-at-home orders, food is even more scarce now for our youth and their families.
We know these people are resilient as they have already lived through the horrific atrocities of a genocide and continue to face ongoing and daily injustices today; yet we are confident they too will make it through these uncertain times….
We just need a little help from our FRIENDS…. YOU!
THIS IS OUR ASK!
GIVE just $25 to feed a FAMILY for up to 1 month

COVID-19 is a test of collective strength that is bringing together governments, organizations, and individuals from all sectors to support one another and combat this global outbreak.
Thank you for doing your part in a SMALL WAY that makes a BIG IMPACT!
About Kids Play International
Kids Play International’s mission is to promote gender equity through sport and Olympic Values in post-genocide affected countries. Founded in 2008 by 3-time Olympian Tracy Evans-Land, KPI leverages the power of using less familiar sport in a safe space to empower girls and create supportive boys so together and separately they can positively challenge and shift harmful gender, social and cultural norms. Building on our 10 years in Rwanda, KPI launched a second program site in the village of Ang Chagn outside of Siem Reap, Cambodia in 2018.
