My name is Corey Holt and I am currently a Sergeant at the North Charleston Police Department in South Carolina where I have served for 15 years. I was approached by the founder of Team BlueLine Racing who is also a fellow Triathlete and a fellow member of Law Enforcement about joining in 2016. After a year of racing and fundraising I have to say it was such a rewarding experience. With the help of some amazing friends and family members I helped raise $1610.00 in 2016 for the family of a fallen officer. I didn't race in 2017 and missed the BlueLine family. I'm going back to racing triathlons for 2018 and will continue my support of Team BlueLine Racing. I have set my goal higher this year and will try to reach of $2000.00 by the end of 2018. Please help me reach my goal and provide assistance to those who have lost so much.
Team BlueLine is a Non-Profit Foundation with the goal of raising money to help the families of law enforcement officers who have selflessly given their lives in the line of duty. One of the ways we raise money is through Team BlueLine Racing. Members of our Racing Team participate in triathlons, cycling races, road races, and trail runs across the United States. We race in place of the officers who are no longer able, because their lives were taken too soon. We honor the fallen by finishing each race with a blue flag that represents the premature loss of a law enforcement officer. When an officer dies in the line of duty, the family is left with a shattered world that they must try to rebuild. We, at Team BlueLine, want to help these families and loved ones rebuild their lives by providing financial provisions to aid their pain.
