I have been living with Crohn’s disease for over 40 years. There is no cure for Crohn’s and the effects of this chronic illness can be severe. Over the last 4 decades, I’ve faced many challenges including multiple surgeries, severe flare-ups of Crohn’s, numerous times in the hospital and ER and countless medication regimens. However, my success in overcoming all these obstacles is undoubtedly due to all of you - my family, friends and colleagues for supporting me throughout the decades. To date, Connecting to Cure has contributed over $1,000,000 to organizations and institutions for IBD research. The proceeds of have benefited The Susan and Leonard Feinstein IBD Clinical Center at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and The Painted Turtle Camp in Lake Hughes, California.
