We are reaching out to raise funds through donations to be able to provide the people who are isolated with compassionate services, necessity equipment such as hygiene items, sanitizers, non-perishable food, and also the means to shop online for the groceries needed to boost their immune system to successfully fight this disease.
Three weeks ago, I learned from my wife that a good friend of ours was stricken with the Coronavirus. She is a single lady that fits all of the underlying conditions for which the virus gravitates too like bees to honey. When we first heard that she was battling with the virus we began to reach out to her by sending a package via Amazon that may help such as non-perishable food and whatever cleaning supplies that were not already sold out. Two days later, we called to check on her and we found out that she was severely battling with her ability to breathe. We began to pray with her and for her. My wife immediately reached out to a spiritual leader for prayer and prayer was given at that time. During the course of two weeks we were able to check in with her and encourage, talk and help her feel that she was not alone and to encourage her in her faith. During this same time, we found out that that several of her relatives were also battling COVID-19.
Our hearts went out to her and her family and it truly made us feel that we wanted and needed to do more to help care for them. In addition to our friend battling COVID-19; we found out that another person and her wife also contracted the coronavirus simultaneously as both cases are in different locations and in different parts of the city.
We saw the desperate need for the compassionate care services that we are hoping to provide. We found out that basic things that everyone take for granted such as words of encouragement, expressions of love and support, cleaning, meal preparation, and disinfecting is very important to keeping the virus from remaining in the home potentially re-infecting the person or infecting others.
Since that time, we felt helpless and contrite not to be able to reach them to provide the compassionate care that our business specializes in. It really touched our hearts to desire to bring our services on a broader scope to cities and states during this time. Although we are just starting out we are serious about being the service that show’s compassion, zeal, and love to the people battling COVID-19, especially during this time of mandatory isolation, and stay at home ordinances, we want to be able to reach out to those that have been told to stay indoors and battle this virus alone and helplessness to show them that WE CARE. We believe that our greatest mission is to help them feel that they matter and there is hope.
We need your help; as the virus mandates more and more restrictions of social distancing ourselves; we need your help and support to be able to hire people who have the heart to go that extra mile for those that are suffering in silence and isolated from their loved ones when they need them the most. Giving to our business will help us to hire and provide the help and service needed during this time. Also, it allows us to hire people who feel the need to help others that are more vulnerable while battling for their lives to defeat the virus which has already taken thousands of lives and infected millions. Your donation and help will give us a better chance to stay in the fight and make a difference in a person’s life who are fighting alone.
