You don't want to miss this! Our community is safely getting together to help raise awareness and funds for the Parkinson's Foundation in honor of my mom, Pat Simmons, whose daily battle continues. This is your chance to speak up about Parkinson's and take action. Your support will help the Parkinson's Foundation advance research, provide educational resources, and fund programs that make life better for people living with Parkinson's disease.
To learn more about the Parkinson's Foundation, go to Parkinson.org.
Our priority is to bring our community together while continuing to keep everyone safe. We are closely following all CDC and CT Health Department safety guidelines. Physical distancing practices will be enforced to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We require that all attendees and volunteers wear a mask at all times.
We ask that everyone who plans to attend Community Walk please register by clicking the Join Us button at the top of this page. There is no registration fee to participate, but a donation is very much appreciated.
