THE STORY:
The Collective is trying to raise money in an effort to aid the Dream Centers of Michigan. The Dream Centers serve those who are homeless or low-income, at-risk youth and struggling families. The Dream Centers are a part of our ministry serving the homeless, low-income, at-risk youth and struggling families. Over the past years, God has led us to open two Dream Centers in Pontiac and Warren. They focus on three key areas; food, teaching life skills, and housing. The vision is to transform under-served communities by helping broken people realize their God-given value, while providing for their basic needs, a healthy lifestyle, and opportunities for learning life skills. It’s our desire that people realize their dream of living a self-sufficient life and create an exodus from poverty. While each Dream Center is unique because each community is different, we want each Dream Center to fill the gaps in these key areas:
1.Food
2.Life Skills Training
3.Housing
Our Goal is to provide the Dream Centers of Michigan critical funds needed to jump start their housing program. This Christmas we are coming together as one church family to give and help propel our vision forward, so others may know the life-changing love of Jesus!
