THANK YOU for helping us care for the coast, bring virtual programs to students of all ages, and support our staff during this time of need.
Help us win a $1,000 matching grant by donating today!
Every day, our committed staff work to care for the coast through advocacy, education, and conservation. The coronavirus crisis has disrupted our normal spring programs that bring lessons on dune ecology and importance to students; connect kids to the shore through field trips to Sandy Hook, Wreck Pond, and Jamaica Bay; engage hundreds of volunteers in the world's largest horseshoe crab tagging program; create coastal advocates through trainings all over the country; and educate the general public on coastal flora and fauna.
Just as plants and animals change with the seasons, so do the programs the Society can offer. There is no rescheduling of migratory bird walks in Jamaica Bay or horseshoe crab tagging in Shark River. Although we are unable to gather to share these experiences with you, the financial support these programs bring in is still needed, so we're asking for your help.
Your gift will help provide immediate financial support to keep programs running, staff paid, and coastal conservation on a forward trajectory.
