Happy Women's History Month!
This March, we will be raising funds for the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV), a social change organization dedicated to creating a social, political, and economic environment in which violence against women no longer exists.
1 out of every 3 women experience domestic violence in their lifetime. Survivors of color and immigrant survivors face increased barriers and fear around accessing safety and legal services.
Domestic violence reports continue to rise with the increase in social distancing, isolation, and economic hardship during the pandemic. Now more than ever, survivors need support and legal services.
Our goal is to raise $2500 to support our community of survivors and NNEDV in their mission to end domestic violence. Please join us in supporting this wonderful organization!
NNEDV represents the 56 state and U.S. territory coalitions to end domestic violence, who in turn represent nearly 2,000 local domestic violence programs nationwide, and the millions of victims they serve every day.
NNEDV's projects support and empower survivors in reaching long-term security through transitional housing, plain-language legal information, achieving financial independence, and more.
