Story

About the Challenged Athletes Foundation
https://www.challengedathletes.org/

Today in the United States, there are 49.7 million Americans over the age of four with a disability. Disabled people are twice as likely to be physically inactive (43 per cent) than non-disabled people (21 per cent). From inspirations such as Anthony Robles to Bethany Hamilton, they have inspired millions around the country to overcome a handicap and focus on what matters most to them: Dominating their respective sport.. With this comunity wide fundraiser, the proceeds will go to the Challenged Athletes Organization which will greatly benefit and aid athletes around the country with challenging disabilities who aspire to play sports just like many of us.

http://www.pemphigus.org/

The International Pemphigus and Pemphigoid Foundation is an organization dedicated to improve the quality of life for all people affected by pemphigus and pemphigoid through early diagnosis and support. These are rare autoimmune disorders that primarily affect the mucous membranes, creating painful lesions. These diseases are often misdiagnosed as other common diseases such as gingivitis which is why raising awareness for them is so important!
