From 2013 - 2015, we walked from Brooklyn to Montauk to support DDI. Last year we hiked the highest point in the Catskills, and this year we are hiking the tallest mountain in New Jersey to support a holiday appeal campaign for DDI.
DDI is looking to install intruder locks and new doors for their classrooms to increase safety measure to protect their students whenever they need to go into “lockdown/lockout” readiness. Everything that DDI does centers around the students, and their safety is of utmost importance. Please help support this endeavor!
DDI is a non-profit organization that provides services such as full-time school locations, residential facilities, and medical care to over 1,200 children and adults across Long Island. DDI’s services have a major impact on the lives of those it serves: over 90% of children in their early intervention and young autism programs are able to graduate and return to their home school districts!
