In the spirit of the holiday season, we invite you to join us in sharing the gift of song! At Center for All Abilities, we work with children with all abilities to help them discover and fulfill their potentials. Our Creative Arts program allows the children to grow through creative means, such as music and art. We have a music therapy group that meets every Wednesday as part of our after-school programming. The children in this group will be leading a caroling event on Wednesday, December 19 from 5-6pm. These children perform at several events throughout the year, and are always so excited and proud to display their creative strengths. We try to offer them as many opportunities as possible to showcase these strengths, and our new annual caroling event will give them a new performing opportunity that we're hoping will grow with each coming year.
This year, the event will begin at Seward Park (intersection of Essex St, Canal St, and East Broadway in Chinatown) from 5-5:20pm, and end at Chatham Square Public Library's Community Room (3rd floor) at 33 East Broadway, a 5-10 minute walk from the park, from 5:30-6pm. We invite you to share with us in this event, either through donation or through joining us in singing, or both! We are thankful for any support you can provide us. Have a wonderful holiday season on behalf of all of us at Center for All Abilities!
