When I was told about this event I knew immediately that this was something I could do to help.
I have always been impressed by the commitment to service that our armed forces demonstrate. The sacrifices they make of themselves, and their families.
Tough Ruck is a group of military and civilians whose sole purpose is to Ruck in honor and in memory of our Fallen Service Members, Police, Firefighters and EMTs, while raising funds to support military families in times of need. The Ruck consists of walking a 26.2 mile course with a 35lb Ruck and carry the names of Fallen Service members. Tough Ruck has a proud partnership with the Boston Athletic Association, the National Park Service and the Old Manse.
As everyone knows, I’ve enjoyed raising support for many of Reese’s activities and teams. Everything from French class trips, and football & baseball raffles.
Now I’m seeking your assistance in raising money for military families in times of need.
So please take a moment, click on the crowd rise link and donate even just $10.
If each of my friends donates just $10, I should meet my goal of $950.00 for the Military Friends Foundation.
God Bless America
