CAMP JUNIOR at Harriman State Park in memory of Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz, operated by The Fresh Air Fund
Help send boys and girls from the Bronx to camp this summer!
Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr., is partnering with The Fresh Air Fund, Governor Andrew Cuomo and New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation to open Camp Junior - a new camp for children from the Bronx. In summer 2019, hundreds of boys and girls will attend sleepaway camp for two weeks. They will swim, play basketball and baseball, do arts and crafts, learn how to play instruments, and most of all have fun in a beautiful and safe setting. Your support will honor Junior’s memory by giving Bronx children the chance to explore, play, learn, meet new friends...and make summer memories that last a lifetime!
Since 1877, The Fresh Air Fund has unlocked the exciting potential of more than 1.8 million NYC children from low-income communities.
