I ran the Boston marathon for the first time in 2019 and it was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. I knew that I wanted to run it again, but was debating on whether or not I would wait or run right away again in 2020. That was until I decided to run for something that means a lot to me personally as well as countless others. The negative impacts and the pain of losing someone to their battle with addiction is something that myself and others have experienced for longer than we care to think about, this year in particular for me. Which is why I am so grateful to have been given a chance to run this year for The Gavin Foundation. The Gavin Foundation has been instrumental in many people's journey to recovery and I am glad to have the opportunity to raise money that will allow them to continue that work. If you are able, please help me in this goal by making a donation or helping to spread the word! It is greatly appreciated and going towards a cause that means so much to me. If you would like your donation to be made in memory of someone effected by or lost to addiction, please feel free to add their name in the comment. Thank you for your time!
