In 2019, we returned That's All, Brother to Normandy for the 75th Anniversary of D-Day. While the mission was a total success, traveling over 10,000 miles, crossing the Atlantic twice, and operating in Europe took it's toll on our crews and the airplane and taught us a lot about what we need to operate the airplane and continuing to tell it's story. Now safely back in the U.S., we are planning a tour built around the Arsenal of Democracy for 2020. During our 2019 tour it became apparent that adding an intercom system for passengers would greatly enhance the educational value of flight experiences as well as contribute to safety. We would like to have this system, as well as pre-recorded flight experience audio, available for passengers during our 2020 season. The more we are able to raise, the closer we will be able to come to giving our flight experience passengers a taste of what it might have been like for an 18 year old paratrooper 75 years ago.
