A charity dance off featuring five area adult dance crews: the Baton Rouge BeignYAYS, the Dazzling Divas of Essence, the Golden Guys, the Mystic Vixens and the Prancing Babycakes. To buy tickets, click on REGISTER. 


We have a limited number of VIP tickets for $50. They give you admission to the event, free food from The Chimes, a goody bag with items from local merchants and admission to a VIP party with the dancers.  THE DEADLINE TO BUY VIP TICKETS IS 5 P.M. FRIDAY AUG. 16,


For $25, you can go to the event.

Story

Mid City Gras is sponsoring a dance off featuring five area adult dance crews: the Baton Rouge BeignYAYS, the Dazzling Divas of Essence, the Golden Guys, the Mystic Vixens and the Prancing Babycakes. They will be dancing to raise money for STAR (Sexual Trauma Awareness and Response Center), Susan G. Komen, Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital, the Northshore Humane Society and Girls on the Run South Louisiana. We'll also announce the theme for our 2020 Mid City Gras Parade and formally announce the date of the event.
