The Brain Care Center in Edmonton provides services to individuals who have acquired brain injury. They help individuals defy their limits and maximize their potential in their new condition. One of the conditions that many clients suffer from is a condition called aphasia. This particular acquired cognitive disability affects memory, reading comprehension as well as communicative ability.
Our task for the Brain Care Center is to develop a wayfinding app that will help clients navigate interior spaces of complex buildings and reach their destinations on time. Quite frequently clients get lost in buildings like the Hys Center or Glenrose Hospital because they are not able to properly interpret signage and forget where they are.
We have the ideas, we have the developer, now all we need is your help to make this solution a reality. Please help achieve something small that could change lives in a big way!
