Help us climb to new heights for a good cause.
Since 2011, Boulder Karate has hosted an annual hike up a Colorado Fourteener and raised donations to fight cancer. We all know someone who's been affected by cancer, and Boulder Karate is stepping up yet again to make a difference... with your help!
This year we're excited to announce our hike is ON for Saturday, July 10th! Master Brad Randolph will be leading friends and family of Boulder Karate up Mt. Evans (14,264'). The faster ambitious group will start with an ascent of neighboring Mt. Bierstadt (14,060'), then cross The Sawtooth ridge and meet up with the slower group en route to Mt. Evans.**
**UPDATE - we did it!! 13 hours of hiking and scrambling, muddy feet, and exhausted hikers. Pic updated to show our victorious summit photo atop Mt. Evans!
We're not waking up in the middle of the night, driving a couple hours to the trailhead, and pushing ourselves to gain the summit before afternoon thunderstorms roll in for nothing! Our efforts are purely to prove our dedication to the cause, and hopefully motivate you and your family to help us make a true difference by donating.
Interested in joining the hiking team? Contact Master Randolph at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Either way, every dollar we earn is one step closer to the goal. We want to reach $50,000 total earned since 2011 (we're starting off 2021's fundraiser just above $43,000), so make a donation and support our team's massive effort today!
Donations deadline: July 31, 2021
