Books are more important than ever in the COVID-19 world. When your everyday life feels like fiction, a great book can help you make sense of what’s happening—or help you escape.
The Bucks County Free Library’s book collection is a lifeline to information and entertainment. During the COVID shutdown, we lost about $137,000 in revenue from fines and fees, money we depend on to meet our budget. Our libraries are now open for business and we are here to serve you. With your help we can do even better.
Please help us meet our fundraising goal of $44,000 to keep our collection strong. This amount of money will help pay for 1,000 new print and audio books and 1,000 new e-books for our community to share.
The Bucks County Free Library (BCFL) is a seven-branch county library system with locations in Bensalem, Doylestown, Langhorne, Levittown, Perkasie, Quakertown, and Yardley-Makefield.
