Each year, Blanket Fort Films focuses its film school training on people of color, the LGBTQ community, young and old, in between and non defined. It's an educational experience that fosters a new generation of unique storytellers. And we could use your help. We know the timing is awkward - to say the least. However, we are compelled to bring these unique and interesting stories to everyone. We are experiencing some of the most trying and stressful times of our lifes. Coping with the virus, paying rent, social distancing, moving to online schooling, making films, all the while many have lost our sources of income. But we persevere. We are determined that even as we are distanced we pull together and show you we are worth an investment. As budding film makers, we use our film projects as our creative outlet. Helping everyone focus on something positive to help us through these uncertain times. With that in mind, we would appreciate - more than ever - your contribution to make these dreams come true.
Our documentary will look at COVID-19 and the impact it has had on our local Seattle LGBTQ+ community
