The Animal Rescue League, Boston is incredibly occupied and winter is coming. Help make living conditions here for the dogs better or come adopt a best friend.
The Animal Rescue League of Boston has been protecting the rights of pets for about 118 years. We give all pets the chance to experience all the love they deserve by enabling them a chance to see a better life with the possibility of a forever family. Most of the animals in our shelters were either found on the street or were given up by their families. With millions of pets being euthanized annually, we aim to save as many furry lives as we can despite our small population. We provide outstanding veterinary care, adoption, and rescue services. We also are determined to confront the root causes of animal cruelty and neglect through special police investigation and advocacy aimed at strengthening the laws that protect animals. Last year alone, we served more than 17,800 animals in need. We are able to introduce many animals with an opportunity to be rescued and adopted into loving homes. By doing this, we are blessed with the opportunity to save these pets lives while providing a good resource of pets to people who might have otherwise bought their pets from a pet store. Every single one of our rescued pets are up to date on the core vaccines and the adults are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. However, our puppies and kittens are not neutered because they need hormones for proper bone development. With your help and support of our cause , all donations will enable us to not only expand our shelter but also give our dogs the proper living standard they deserve, by providing proper health care, living facilities, food and training and help us create more exposure in order for more pets to be adopted.
