My name is Christian. I am a 27-year-old student and first-generation Canadian immigrant simply looking to bring people together in order to as a collective; do some good, assist and provide some support from all over the world for the families, individuals and homeless affected by the devastating wildfires currently occurring across both California and Australia.
Whether you believe climate change is a thing or not; What we can all agree with is that losing everything due to events that are literally out of your control is not ok.
That is why I have set a goal of $100,000.
$75,000 will be given as a form of additional financial support, directly to the firefighting units and organizations who are literally putting their lives at risk in order to suppress and limit both the impact and the spread of these fires.
$15,000 will be given to professional nonprofits who are directly giving support to those individuals and families who have been left homeless and shelterless by those events.
$10,000 will be used to provide on the ground support, the acquisition of necessities for those on the ground. Simply put, to provide additional human power. if you would like to come, you are more than welcome to email me directly at and we can hopefully put together a team.
As humans, we tend to get caught up in our day to day routines but I think we can all agree that despite our differences; It is simply not good to see catastrophic events happen.
I think we can if we put our heads together as a collective, we can all have an impact not only on the lives of other fellow humans but on the future of our planet.
At the end of the day, I am simply one person trying to make a positive difference in other people's lives.
And I do think that together as human beings, we can make kindness and positivity louder.
Even a penny will be very appreciated and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you and have a good day
