Audrey’s Ride for Remission

Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) is a life changing diagnosis for many, And remission is the goal. Lets come together to celebrate Audreys recent remission status and raise awareness and funds for the Leukemia  &  Lymphoma society in the process!

Join  us,  November  2nd  beginning  At  8am  for  a series  of   30  minute  feel-good  indoor  cycling  sessions  at  Kinetic  Fitness  Cycling  in  Layton,  Utah,  honoring  Dr.  Audrey  Roberts.  Classes  will  start  every  45  minutes  and  you  must  regiater  for  a  time  slot  to  participate.  Please  arrive  about  10  -  15  minutes  before  your  start  time.  Reserve  your  bike  via  the  register  button  here  on  the  page.  Refreshments,  and  a  silent  Auction,  will  be  on  site.  Cant  make  it in  person?  You  can  show  your  support  via  the  donate  button  here  on  the  page.

100%  of  the  proceeds  go  To  the  Leukemia/Lymphoma  Society.

FAQ:

Ive  never  done  a  cycle  class  before,  is  that  okay?  ~  YES!  COME  AS  YOU  ARE  AND  HAVE  FUN.

How  early  Should  I  show  up? ~ About  15 min.  Then  you  can  adjust  your  bike,  grab  a  towel  and get  ready  to  sweat!

What  do  I  need  to  bring?  ~  wear  Athletic  clothing,  bring  a  water  bottle,  and  SPD  cleats  or  tennis  shoes  will  work .  

How  long  is  the  class?  ~  about  30  min.  Its  meant  to  be  a  feel-good  workout  for  all  levels  of  fitness.  

What  else  will  be  going  on?  ~  Refreshments  and  a  silent  auction  will  be  on  site.  No  need  to  bring  cash.  The  silent  auction  will  be  Internet  based,  with  the  items  themselves  At  the  event  for  preview.
