As we head towards the end of this year our staff and board members have been hard at work evaluating where we are as an organization after this unprecedented year and what the future holds for our program. As you all know, ATRC moved its operations to our current location on Bullock Road right before the pandemic began as our old location was sold. ATRC envisioned a year of growth and sustainability now that we had access to an indoor arena and the ability to hold consistent lessons. We had just started our new journey when COVID-19 had hit and we were forced to shut the program down for the safety of our riders, volunteers, families, supporters, and staff. ATRC was approved for a small PPP loan and with the help of all of you we were able to raise over $10,000 to help support our herd during the shut down as we had lost a good chunk of lesson revenue and had to cancel some fundraisers. Once we started the program back up things were functioning better than ever and we were rolling forward! Although our lesson schedule has been crazy and we have exceeded pre-pandemic ridership numbers, we are still looking at a $15,000 fundraising goal for the remainder of 2020 to support the program and horses and help us roll into the new year.
We received a call the other day from one of our donors who told us that to support ATRC's fundraising efforts they will MATCH all of the donations ATRC receives through the end of the year up to $20,000!!!! How amazing is that?! This way ATRC can finish out 2020 strong and kick off 2021 on the right foot! We are beyond thankful for this opportunity, and we need YOUR help to reach our goal! If ATRC raises $20,000 and it is matched we could end the year smashing our $15,000 by raising $40,000!! If 200 of our friends, family members, and supporter each donate $100, we will hit $20,000 in no time!
Thank your for your continued support, encouragement, and dedication! ATRC could not be what it is today without all of you and we are determined to continue our growth in big ways into the future!
