The ASCAP Foundation Impacts Over 3.5 Million People Each Year With Music Programs
The ASCAP Foundation, established in 1975, is a publicly supported charitable organization. We operate and support over 155 music education, talent development and humanitarian programs ensuring that opportunities for the study of music and instruments, songwriting, music composition and the business of music are available to students of all ages. We accomplish this through a variety of scholarships, awards, workshops, community outreach and recognition programs, summer music camps, pre-professional educational and humanitarian efforts for songwriters, composers and lyricists of all ages. Our goal is to encourage, nurture, educate, support, and provide the tools necessary for success as a music creator. We also provide grants to other 501(c)(3) organizations that align with our mission.
