Hello Friends and Relations! We are raising monetary funds to purchase art supplies for our young people of the City of Albuquerque via our My Brother's Keeper Albuquerque alliance, a community of practice that serves to uplift our boys and young men of color and POC/Indigenous youth. During these times of shelter-in-place, we want to support our young people with opportunities and art supplies for social-emotional wellness and learning. We know that many of our students will benefit from receiving ART BOXES that will be delivered to their homes. Our goal is to raise $500.00 so that we may give the gift of art to our young relations!
We will be hosting a "Sunday Session," with Jessica Helen Lopez (Poet), Amanda Machon (Red Light Cameras/Singer) and Jesse Littlebird (Painter/Artist)," as moderated by Keith Sanchez, founder of New Mexico Academy of Rock and Blues on Sunday, May 26 @ 7 pm. Community members can tune into our Zoom Event that will also be LIVE STREAMED on Facebook to watch Jessica and Amanda perform original work. Jesse will be live painting and Keith will facilitate a Q & A with the featured artists. THIS IS FOR OUR YOUNG PEOPLE and we are accepting donations to purchase and deliver art supplies to their homes. Let's go community! We can do this.

Here is a quick description of Sunday Sessions curated by Keith and Ana of the NMARB - Artists joining forces to create for our community! Your favorite NM artists will collaborate for a live virtual performance, sharing platica, song, spoken word, and art. A virtual "tip jar" will give 100% proceeds to a local program in need.
We will provide this donation link during our live stream and you may contact Jessica Helen Lopez at email@example.com with additional questions regarding how you can donate to and support our efforts in community artists working to provide art to our Albuquerque young people.
