Anthonys Avengers are ready again this year to help Kevin Shattenkirk of the NY Rangers fight the battle against childhood Cancer. Anthonys Avengers is a team made up of Joe Senerchia and Rob Molinaro to help continue the memory and legacy of Anthony Senerchia Jr., who lost his battle with another terrible disease, ALS (Lou Gehrigs disease) November 25, 2017 after a 13 year battle. Anthony would have been the first one to stand up and support Kevin and this wonderful cause. I promised Anthony that I would continue his hard work as he did with his relentless, never quit attitude, to always give back, never give up and to show our kids its how they face adversity that defines them. So please help us conitinue his legacy by helping out Kevin and beat childhood cancer, to give back and make sure we do whatever we can to help children in their fight against Cancer!
Your generous donation (no matter how small) will go a long way for these kids!
Donations will benefit the Garden of Dreams Foundation & The Children's Hospital at Montefiore
KEVINS STORY:
I'm thrilled to be hosting the second annual Kevin Shattenkirk Kancer Jam, Presented by Mustang Harrys NYC, on Saturday, February 9th 2019. Once again, the proceeds will benefit the Children's Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM) and the Garden of Dreams Foundation.
When I first learned about the Jam Kancer In The Kan Foundation, I thought it might be fun to host a Kancer Jam event and raise money for kids in need. I had no idea just how much more I would get out of this. Visiting the children being treated at CHAM does nothing but inspire me to work harder to help them. These kids all have the greatest attitudes, incredible spirits, and the unique ability to make the best of a seemingly bad situation.
Please join me and my Rangers teammates for what I promise is the most unique and fun event you can attend. You'll get to compete with and against all of us in a Kan Jam Tournament, meet all of your favorite players, win incredible prizes and most importantly, know that your generosity will help families dealing with this terrible disease.
Looking forward to Jamming Kancer In The Kan with you at Shatty Jam!
