The MS Achievement Center is a unique program for adults with a progressive form of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). It provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, emotional support, and cognitive stimulation on a weekly basis. I have a rare disease called Neuromyelitis Optica. it presents itself like MS, so I was able to become a member of the MSAC. I have been attending once a week for almost 6 years. It has been a life changing experience for me!
On February 29th there will be a fundraiser called “The Race to Nowhere”, a timed stationary bike race to raise support for the MSAC. My team and I will be "racing".
Would you consider making a donation? Donations help fund the therapies that are invaluable in helping people like me optimize their quality of life, and are tax deductible. If you prefer you can write a check to "MSAC Race to Nowhere and write Ann Edwards in the memo. Mail it to MS Achievement Center 3599 Rainbow Blvd, MS 3049, Kansas City, KS 66160.
