Join the JL11Fund on Sunday, November 11th (12PM-4PM) for the Together We Make A Difference Walk benefitting The NAN Project. We're walking together, because no one should ever have to walk through life alone.
The Together We Make A Difference Walk will be benefiting The NAN Project, a section of Eliot Community Human Services. The NAN Project's mission is to create a safe space for students to discuss what may be bothering them, and get the help they may need before it’s too late. By telling our stories, from our struggles to the ways we finally gained the strength to ask for help, we are fighting stigma with the truth about recovering from mental health challenges. The NAN Project's approach to mental health awareness and suicide prevention has three primary areas of focus: the use of a peer-to-peer model, professional development concerning young adult mental health, and speaking events in the community. The JL11Fund’s mission is deeply connected to The NAN Project’s, and we couldn’t be prouder of this partnership.
