Our Story, and Our CALL TO ACTION!
As many of you know, for the past few years, I've been teaching theatre classes and voice lessons with a wonderful, non-profit community theatre in downtown Phoenixville, PA.
I love Facetime Theatre not just because the work helps me pay my bills, but because I have the privilege to watch my students grow personally while doing activities they love! The light in their eyes when they finally feel confidence performing a new piece or auditioning for a role is unmatched by any other work that I do.
Like so many local businesses around the world, the Covid-19 pandemic has hit our theatre HARD! We have had to limit or cancel much of our programming. The loss of our traditional summer camps, in particular, was a devastating one. We know that we can get through this, but the only way we can do that is with YOUR support!
Our goal is to raise $50,000 total to help cover our losses and remain open! I am personally asking friends and family to support me in this endeavor by donating to my individual Go Fund Me page which feeds directly to the theatre's and counts towards our overarching fundraising goal.
Please help me help keep Facetime Theatre open in our community by donating even the smallest amount. Every dollar counts and every donor will be invited to join us for a "Virtual Gala Performance Event" in March 2021!
Facetime Theatre is a staple in our community and has changed the lives of so many students and families in the Phoenixville area. Please help me keep this institution alive and thriving this holiday season. :)
THANK YOU for YOUR SUPPORT and I wish you and your families joy, peace, and safety as we move into 2021!
