Donate now to help Angioma Alliance continue their progress during COVID-19
We appreciate being able to keep you up-to-date on the impact of COVID-19 on those with cavernous angioma.
Even during this crisis, we're continuing to advance CCM research for better treatments - for example, just last week I was part of a critical meeting with the FDA, and our patient support and education programs continue. We are open for business and working harder than ever to continue helping you, we need your support. As you are aware, all of our spring fundraising events were canceled. For us, this means about $100,000 in lost revenue (so far) that we need to either raise or cut from the budget. We've already cut where we can - for example, the genetic testing program is on hold and we've made some staffing decisions. We also applied for a PPP loan on the first day that applications were accepted. We were not funded in the first round but are hopeful for funding in the next.
We would like to ask that those of you who are able to make a donation to please do so now.
We especially appreciate recurring gifts - a monthly pledge that can keep us moving forward in a predictable way.
If a $20 monthly pledge is possible for you, please make the commitment.
If you can do more, even better and, if you are willing to ask your friends and family for support or a Facebook fundraiser would be a special gift to us. We want to be here to drive science and improve care during COVID-19, and after. We want to continue to offer you the most relevant and accurate COVID-19 information for cavernous angioma patients, helping you to cut through the noise and confusion and stay safe. We promise to hold up our end if you are able to support our work.
