An Intimate Evening With Mike Phillips

What To Expect

This is a high-energy night! Your ticket cost includes open bar, lots of food and all the dancing you can handle. Plus, you'll be supporting kids who have a parent with cancer.

The Musician

Join us for an encore performance featuring the Grammy-award winning Saxophonist Mike Phillips as we celebrate the 5th Anniversary of An Intimate Evening of Music. For those of you who attended his last show, you know Mike jams with and in the crowd, playing the blues, gospel, hip hop and inprov with passion and soul. Music is more than riffs ... "For me, its emotional and I want people to feel my music rather than just listen to it," says Mike. Trust us ... you'll feel the music and enjoy every second!

Past Performances

Mike has wowed fans across the globe and earned standing ovations from audiences at the Montreux Jazz Festival, the Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival and the inaugural balls for Presidents Clinton and Obama. His performance of the National Anthem is legendary. And hes the only musician in the world to have recorded and toured with the legendary Big Three of American soul music: Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and Prince.

Our Foundation
This is why.

Torry and Terrence Holt were NC State football stars who went on to successful careers in the NFL. Their early years were not easy. Torry was 10 and Terrence was six when their mother was diagnosed with lymphoma. They grew up fearing the loss of their mom, who passed away 10 years after her initial diagnosis. The brothers started the Holt Brothers Foundation in her memory.

The Holt Brothers Foundation is dedicated to supporting children who have a parent with cancer. The Foundation supports KidsCan!, a program that provides education, emotional support, peer empathy and inspiration to children impacted by a parent's cancer. The Foundation also supports Camp Kesem, a sleep-away camp for children ages 6–16, all of whom have a parent with cancer.
