About The Club
Alpine Womans Club Foundation

As a result of Covid-19, the fundraising efforts normally undertaken by the Alpine Woman’s Club have been severely impacted. It is difficult to believe that for the first time in 25 years, we have cancelled three major events that fund our Building Preservation and Maintenance Program and our Annual Scholarship Fund.  The health and wellbeing of our guests and members is of the utmost importance.  These decisions were not made lightly.  We appreciate that this is a trying time for all of us.  Here’s how you can help.  Please join your friends and neighbors in supporting our needs with a generous donation.  That donation will help us reach our goal and continue the tradition of awarding scholarships to local graduating students, as well as caring for our beloved Town Hall Building.  We appreciate the support many of you have given us for many years, and we look forward to your continued support along with the support of new friends. Thank you for your consideration and we are thankful for each and every one of you!

The Alpine Woman’s Club (AWC) has devoted itself to the Alpine Community for over 100 years.  It acquired the iconic Alpine Town Hall in 1932 and in the 1950s created a scholarship program for Alpine high school seniors. Preservation and maintenance of the Town Hall and over $140,000 in scholarships have been made possible by the help of our hardworking members, fund raisers, sponsors and people like you.Unfortunately, and sadly, the AWC cannot host our biggest fund-raising event of the year, our annual Holiday Home Tour.  (Our 27th Annual High Tea was cancelled last spring and will most likely not take place in the spring of 2021.) Although the 2020 Tour is cancelled, scholarships and Town Hall preservation are not!  In fact, the need for scholarships is greater than ever and we look forward to continuing this effort.  In lieu of purhasing a Home Tour ticket perhaps a donation through our GoFundMe page would work for you!
