They say it's my birthday! Let's celebrate Mile in My Shoes, yeah!
On April 17, I'm coming together - virtually - with my Mile in My Shoes (MiMS) teammates to run Alone Together, a virtual relay run. Our team of 10 will, one at a time, run at least one mile per hour for 24 continuous hours. We'll run on treadmills, around our houses, and through our neighborhoods, passing along the virual baton to the next runner once we're finsihed.
The MiMS seasson is on hold due to COVID-19, and while we're missing weekly MiMS runs and hugs, I am super excited to connect with the MiMS community in the next best way - and on my birthday! If you have the means, I hope you'll join me in supporting this run and MiMS with a donation. $50, $20, $10, $5 - any amount helps ensure MiMS teams are ready to go when we're able to gather in-person again. Thank you!
