On January 9-13, I will be running the Disney Dopey Challenge - easily one of the dumbest things I've ever done. It's 4 races (5K, 10K, Half, and Full Marathon) in one weekend. But I'll get 6 medals for only 4 races and that's like the sale of the century. But don't worry, I'm not running for no reason. That would be crazy! I've joined the Catch A Lift Endurance Race Team to raise money for the Catch A Lift Fund, an organization that supports the mental and physical health of post 9/11 combat wounded veterans through gym memberships, equipment, and fitness and nutrition programs. They currently have 2,900 veterans in their programs and are continuing to reach more and more people in hopes to improve the lives of our veterans. Please join me in supporting this great organization. Your donations will help a wonderful cause and will make running 48.6 miles in 4 days seem like it's not a terrible idea.
****FUNDRAISING INCENTIVES****
You should know that every dollar donated goes to a great cause. But it doesn't hurt to get some goodies for yourself, either. Here's what you get when you donate:
$5 - A handwritten note from yours truly
$10 - A hug
$25 - A one-of-a-kind piece of artwork from Owen or Ada
$50 - Owen's favorite lunch

Every person who donates will also be able to add 1 song on my running playlist of your choice.
*I reserve the right to limit all post 1998 country and techno music to 3 songs.*
