All Saints Lutheran Church in Orlando, Florida, is a diverse and vibrant congregation, who has an emergency need to replace our two air conditioners. We had hoped to replace one building this year, but now realize that both buildings need to have their systems replaced immediately. This need is for the two units in our Sanctuary building and the one unit in our Education building -- three units all together.
We are a proud member of the South Orlando/North Kissimmee community, and we live our faith in a number of ways.
First, we are a welcoming congregation. We do our very best to show hospitality to anyone who attends our services.
Second, we contribute to the food pantries of several local High Schools. Many of these kids will only eat if school is in session, so we hold massive drives near each of the school breaks. School counselors then can give food to kids so they can still eat during summer, spring break, etc.
Along with helping the schools with their food pantries, our small congregation holds a massive drive each year to fill backpacks with school supplies for children in need.
We also help other churches get started. We generously lease space to a number of congregations so that they can have a place to worship. In addition to this, we allow local civic groups and district voting to also use our building.
And now, we are asking our community to help in any way possible. Give if you can, but if you can't, please consider Joining our efforts and Sharing our campaign.
Thank you and God bless you.
