The United Nations Children's Fund was created by the United Nations in 1946. The organization works in more than 190 countries and territories to put children first.
UNICEF has helped save more children's lives than any other humanitarian organization, by providing health care and immunizations, clean water and sanitation, nutrition, education, emergency relief and more to children and mothers around the globe. UNICEF cares, in 2015 alone the charity vaccinated 23 million children against deadly measle worldwide.
