Our community is reeling from this past week. Our home is Powderhorn Park, with the corner of our neighborhood marked by the intersection where George Floyd was killed. The businesses that were burned to the ground on the Lake Street Corridor are the places where we shop and eat and gather as a community.
So much pain and devastation felt by so many and in so many different ways. While we grieve and pay our tributes, we are also listening, hearing and identifying new ways to serve our community in this time.
Your support will go toward things like food, hygeine and home product distributions and deliveries, temporary housing support, or community gatherings and healing projects, to name a few.
Thank you for supporting Ace in the City. From these ashes, we rise.
