We are honored to be running/walking the Massachusetts Run for The Fallen to remember all of the brave service men and women that have lost their life protecting our country. Any amount that you can donate so we can reach our goal for this awesome cause will be greatly appreciated!
A little bit about our soldier, PFC Aaron Cordoba Martinez was a very happy, positive, caring individual and super athletic. He was always there for his family and close friends to help out with anything, even if it was just to listen. He was a great leader always supporting and motivating everyone around him to be the best they could be. Aaron was a hard worker and always reached his goals.
Thanks for your support!
Massachusetts Run For The Fallen (MARFTF) 5K Run/Walk is a Military Friends Foundation, 501(c)3 project dedicated to keeping alive the memory of military heroes that gave their lives to protect our freedoms since September 11, 2001. We are a group of runners, walkers and support crew whose mission is clear and simple: to run in honor of every Massachusetts service member who has been killed-in-action or died on active duty since the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan began. Each mile of sweat and pain and each flag saluted is to pay homage to one servicemember’s life and their family. We run to raise awareness for the lives of those who died, to rejuvenate their memories and keep their spirits alive. We run to raise support for programs that assist the families of the Fallen and to aid in the healing process for Massachusetts residents whose lives have been affected by war. MARFTF has no political affiliation or agenda, but simply honor those who have fought, and those who have fallen under the American Flag. Although we run to honor and remember each fallen hero from the current conflicts, we remember every servicemember from Massachusetts who laid down their lives for Freedom’s cause. Thousands have sacrificed to preserve our way of life. As you give tribute to our Massachusetts Heroes please remember others who have given the ultimate sacrifice throughout history. Regardless of war or conflict or branch of service, we ultimately run for them all, honoring their service and sacrifice and remembering that they each gave up a future so that we could have ours.
