In 2013, Sasha was born at 40 weeks of pregnancy. He was a large baby, childbirth was difficult. The doctors used vacuum extraction to deliver him. He was later discharged under the supervision of a neurologist. But his parents noticed he did meet milestones. In a year he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. His father left the family and doesn't provide them with any support. Sasha has learned to sit on his own (a year ago he did not sit at all) improved chewing, swallowing, he can roll over on his side, on his stomach from abdomen to back. Sasha is a very smart boy who understands everything, pronounces sounds, like all children are interested in toys, remembers everything, also loves cartoons and walking on the street. Maya's Hope has been helping provide Sasha with formula, diapers and medicines for the last 6 months. He is doing well but his mother is unable to afford regular therapy for Sasha as it is very expensive. She has asked for our help to purchase a Stander for him so he can do therapy at home.
"We want to ask you for help. Sasha really needs a Stander to learn how to stand on his own and, in the future, to walk. A Stander will help Sasha to avoid a lot of issues such as contractions, deformities, problems with the spine, hip joints, and respiratory system. I sincerely want to thank everyone who takes part and helps my Sasha. Thank you for your help and support."
Can you help us purchase a customized Stander for Sasha? He and his mother will be very grateful.
