Meet Evan and Wyatt:
Evan is 13 years old, lives in Brooklyn, NY and smiles at all times. He was diagnosed at the age of 2 with Cerebral Palsy and Development Delay and recently with Collagenous Colitis.
Wyatt is 8 years old, lives is Caifornia, and has a lot of energy. He was diagnosed with Deletion Syndrome. Wyatt is blind on one eye and 100% g-tube fed.
Both, Evan and Wyatt have something in common, the desire to ride a bicycle.
Because of their diagnosis a regular bicycle can not be used.
AdaptAbility is a non-profit organization that customized adaptive bicycles for children with special needs at no cost to the familes.
We are reaching out because we need your support to help children with special needs get adaptive bicycles.
An adaptive bicycle will give Evan and Wyatt the opportunity to feel like any other child, and they will get mobility, ( many times hard to achived with therapy and streaching).
Please help us continue with our goal to give adaptive bicycles to every children with special needs that needs one.
