WHO'S IT FOR
In 2016 I ran the NYC marathon and raised 3k for incredibly worthy charity here in New York City, Harlem United.
Harlem United was born during the AIDS epidemic in New York to provide basic health care services and support for infected people who were turned away by ALL government and privates agencies.
Today Harlem United still provides these life essential health and counselling services to people who have AIDS, sever mental illness or have been displaced from their homes. These people are sick, suffering and in most need of support from our community.
WHAT IM DOING
On Sunday November 4th I'll be trying to run the 2018 NYC Marathon in a time of 3hours and 30mins with only 30 days to train.
That is - 4m 58s per km for 42.195 kms OR - 8m per mile for 26.2 miles.
It's Harlem United's 30th anniversary!
Thank you so much guys.
