Does each member of our team/family need to register and raise a minimum?
Yes! Each individual must register. Each individual gets his/her own unique bib and number. Each individual must meet a minimum fundraising amount.
How much does it cost to participate?
It is a fundraising event, so hopefully it won't cost you anything! You register for $0, and then ask everyone you know to donate to you and for a great cause to meet your minimum requirement to enjoy all the good stuff - like a two-day pass, swag, awards breakfast, and the bragging rights to ski as much as you wish for 24 Hours! The minimum requirement is $300.
How many people on a team can ski at one time?
Everyone on your team can ski together or whenever you wish. Each participant gets an athlete bib and can contribute to earning points for your team.
I already have a season pass. Do I still need to reach my minimum?

How does the fundraising work if you are on a team?
The team is responsible for making sure that each individual member of their team raises their own minimum requirement. If Tara and Mike are on a team, but Tara raises $1,000 and Mike only raises $100, Mike will still be charged $200 on his credit card if he does not reach the minimumby March 16. What should/can I bring to the event?
A lot can happen in 24 Hours, so if you plan to ski/board and stay on the resort for the entire 24 hours, bring warm clothing. layers, and necessities to be comfortable and warm. Food will be available for participants but options to purchase are also on resort. Many athletes take breaks throughout the night and bring food, pillows, blow-up mattresses, sleeping bags, space heaters, and even small pop-tents.
How does the official tracking chip work?
There are lots of free Apps out there that tell you how far and long you’ve skied – but to qualify for points and awards at the 24 Hours of Stratton, official tracking is provided by All Sports Events.
What is the refund policy?
All contributions are considered a donation, and all donations are non-refundable. Special circumstances to avoid a credit card charge for the balance remaining will be considered if received prior to March 1, 2019. Please contact Tammy at (802) 297-2096 or email email@example.com.

Is my donation tax deductible?
The Stratton Foundation is a 501C3 non-profit organization, EIN #04-3343551. All donations are tax deductible. Letters and email receipts will be sent out so please provide your contact information.
Can someone write a check to support me as a participant/my team?
Yes. Checks can be made out to the Stratton Foundation, PO Box 523 Stratton Mountain, VT 05155. All checks received prior to the fundraising calculation deadline of January 6, 2018 at 9 AM will be attributed to the participant/team. Donors should identify the individual/team on the Message Line of their check.
