All cyclists registered for the in-person event must complete the lodging & logistics intake form, regardless of whether you plan to stay in the dorms, book a hotel, camp, or make other arrangements.
Please complete this form by June 25, 2021 so we may finalize plans to better accommodate you during the four-day, in-person cloverleaf event experience at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio.
Dorm lodging cost is $35 per night. All dorms are air conditioned. All participants will be required to bring their own personal linens and towels this year; they will not be provided. Parking will be provided at Otterbein for no cost throughout the duration of the event.
There are a total of four nights available to stay at Otterbein University:
-- Wednesday, 7/21
-- Thursday, 7/22
-- Friday, 7/23
-- Saturday, 7/24
Let us know how many nights you'll be staying on campus and select the ticket option that corresponds to the number of nights you'll need a dorm room. You will select a quanity of ONE ticket, regardless of how many nights you choose.
If you will be staying in the dorms for all four nights, please select the ticket option for FOUR nights ($140), and purchase a quantity of ONE ticket.
If you will have alternate arrangements for some of the nights or are a one- or two-day rider, select the ticket option for the number of nights you'll be staying on campus. You will tell us which specific nights you need later in the survey. In any event, you are still purchasing only ONE total ticket, but it will be priced according to the number of nights you select (one night - $35, two nights - $70, three nights - $105).
If you are planning to stay off campus at a hotel, at home, or with friends or family members and do not need any dorm rooms, select the ZERO night - other arrangements ticket option. This option is free, but we need you to continue to the intake form for further questions. If you wish to stay at a hotel, you will need to contact our partnering hotel to book your room and pay them directly. Our partnering hotel with POHR room blocks is posted on pohr.org under the Lodging page.
If you wish to stay on campus but want to camp instead of staying in a dorm room, select the ZERO night - camping option. Along with space to camp outside, you will be granted access to a dorm with community restroom and shower facilities.
