The Officials vs. Cancer program is a nationwide partnership between the American Cancer Society and sports officials nationwide. The program’s objective is to increase cancer awareness and promote healthy living through year-round awareness efforts and fundraising campaigns across the country. Since the inception of the program in 2008, Officials vs. Cancer has donated more than $2.5 million to the American Cancer Society to help save lives from cancer.
By participating in Officials vs. Cancer, you can make an impact in the fight against cancer. Join your fellow officials, referees, and umpires across the country by donating a minimum of $20 this season.
100% of your donation will go directly to the American Cancer Society. 80% of each dollar raised is spent on life saving cancer research and importantcommunity programs and services such as Road to Recover, Look Good, Feel Better and the Hope Lodge. 20% of each dollar goes towards administrative and fundarising costs.
