Participants can decide if they would like to complete their walk virtually or in person.
There are many ways to collect pledges for the walk.
· Once you set up your fundraising page, you can share your page with friends on Social Media. You can post regular updates to keep everyone involved in your fundraising efforts.
· Bring your sponsor sheet with you wherever you go! Ask friends, coworkers and family members to sponsor you.
· Get corporate sponsors – ask your employer to make a tax-deductible donation to the walk. Check with your Human Resources department to see if your company has a gift-giving program, to match donations you collect.
There will be prizes for both in-person and virtual walkers.
